How to store coffee?!

Coffee is breathing!

Within a month after roasting, coffee emits carbon dioxide!!!
Grains must be stored so that this gas escapes.
However, upon contact with oxygen and when light enters, essential oils are released from the beans - coffee is exhaled.

Coffee must be stored so that gas come out, but air and light do not come in! ?

Cans, bottles, plastic bags, mugs, spoons, coffee grinders, coffee machines, pots and any other utensils are not suitable for storing coffee.
More precisely, it is not suitable for preserving the taste and aroma of good coffee.

As a rule, good coffee is sold in opaque bags with a degassing valve.
These bags are the best place to store: the valve releases gas to the outside and does not let anything in.
